Orders can be cancelled only before the item is dispatched/shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Window
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos of the issue for verification and resolution.

Delivery timelines may also be affected due to transport delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain health and wellness products cannot be returned once opened.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may place a new order after your return request is approved.
