SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship orders across India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters or unexpected logistics disruptions

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We do not directly deliver orders ourselves.

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party logistics and courier partners including:

  • Shiprocket

  • DTDC

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • Other courier partners depending on service availability

Courier partner selection may vary based on customer location, serviceability, and operational requirements.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation message/email

  • Tracking details and tracking link

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes across India.

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain locations

  • Refuse COD orders suspected of fraud

  • Contact customers for order verification before dispatch

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and remain available to receive the order.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable

  • Order refusal

the shipment may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.

However, VEDIC MANTRA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the damaged package and products

Claims raised without proper proof may not be eligible for resolution.
